Who We Are
We are Emerald Coast Legal Aid, a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization based in Pensacola, FL. Since our founding in 1978 as Northwest Florida Legal Services, we’ve built up a team of passionate and thoughtful Attorneys, Paralegals, and legal Secretaries who put immense effort into producing great results for our clients.
Offering a wide range of family and elder law services, we provide FREE legal aid for each client we serve.

How We Can Help
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
We can provide representation in court to obtain orders of protection from domestic violence. We are also able to help domestic violence victims with referrals for counseling, shelter, and relocation funds.
FORECLOSURE HELP
If you have been served with a foreclosure lawsuit, or need help understanding the process, Northwest Florida Legal Services offers free legal assistance and representation to homeowners whose primary residence is in Escambia or Santa Rosa county.
FAMILY LAW
We specialize in a variety of cases, from dissolution of marriage, to custody & termination of parental rights, and even simple legal advice.
ELDER LAW
Whether it's exploitation of the elderly, writing a simple will, or an estate, we are available to assist in the affairs of the elderly citizens in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.
