Free Elder Law Help for Seniors in Pensacola, Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties
Emerald Coast Legal Aid helps older adults in Pensacola and throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties with issues such as elder abuse, financial exploitation, and questions about contracts or consumer problems. We can also help with powers of attorney, living wills (hospital directives), wills, and Ladybird deeds, so your wishes are written down and the right people can act for you. For other services for residents 60 or older, contact the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging at nwflaa.org.
Who we help: free civil legal help for people with low income who live in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida. We do not handle damage cases in court or criminal matters.
